Please note that all registration, course enrollment, and batch entry fees paid to Pinexa are 100% non-refundable. Once an enrollment is processed, the platform allocates structural resources, instructor access, and digital bandwidth for the candidate. Therefore, under no circumstances will any kind of refund be issued, regardless of partial attendance, change of mind, account suspension due to policy violations, or personal circumstances.
A refund or credit adjustment will only be considered if a course or live batch is entirely canceled by the Pinexa administration before its official start date.
Pinexa reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
