1. Agreement to terms

By accessing the Pinexa Academy website or using the Pinexa mobile application (“Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Services are operated by TECHSOPS PRIVATE LIMITED (“TECHSOPS”, “we”, “us”).

2. Description of service

Pinexa provides educational tools for students of 9th, 10th, ICS, FSc, ICom, Humanities, and entry-test aspirants (including LAT, FUNGAT, ECAT, MDCAT, NET, and similar exams). Features may include Live Lectures, recorded lectures, notes, definitions, practice questions, mock tests, analytics, certificates, notice-board updates, study planning tools, and AI-assisted guidance (including Pokkie). Features may change, improve, or be temporarily unavailable as we evolve the product.

3. Eligibility & accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• Parents or guardians should supervise use by minors where appropriate.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Services.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell Pinexa content without written permission.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services or servers.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or misuse feedback/report channels.
• Use the Services for cheating in a way that violates your school or board rules (you remain responsible for academic integrity).

5. Educational content disclaimer

Pinexa content (including notes, pairing-scheme guidance, past-paper style practice, guess papers, and AI responses) is provided for learning support. Boards and curricula (including PECTAA) may change. Always verify official notifications from your respective BISE. We do not guarantee exam results, rankings, or that any resource covers every possible board question.

6. Subscriptions, downloads & payments

The Android app may be downloaded from Google Play. Any paid plans, in-app purchases, or subscription terms (if offered) will be presented in the store or app at the time of purchase and are also subject to the platform’s refund and billing policies.

7. Intellectual property

The Pinexa name, logo, app, website design, and original educational materials are owned by TECHSOPS or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own study — not to reproduce them commercially.

8. Third-party services

The Services may integrate or link to third parties (for example Google Play, messaging providers, or authentication services). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TECHSOPS and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for exam outcomes, loss of data, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Lahore, Pakistan shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
