1. Strict Rules on Student Conduct & Account Suspension

Pinexa maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unethical behavior, intellectual property theft, and platform abuse. Your account will be permanently suspended immediately, without a refund, if you engage in any of the following activities:

Unethical Content & Vulgarity:

Posting or sharing vulgar comments, abusive language, hate speech, or unethical content in live classes, discussion forums, or any official platform channels.

Copyright & Content Protection:

Modifying, recording, downloading, copying, duplicating, or sharing any course material, lectures, or digital assets without explicit, written permission from Pinexa. All content belongs exclusively to Pinexa.

Spamming & Personal Marketing:

Using platform forums, community groups, chat rooms, or direct messaging to advertise personal services, share external links, or conduct unauthorized marketing/selling to other students.

2. Course and Batch Changes (Strict 24-Hour Policy)

We enforce rigid guidelines regarding course and batch transfers. Please review the following timelines carefully:

Within 24 Hours (Mandatory Challan Fee):

If you wish to request a course or batch change within the first 24 hours of your initial enrollment, you must pay a mandatory PKR 300 Challan Fee to process the transfer.

After 24 Hours (No Changes Allowed):

Once 24 hours have passed since your enrollment, no batch or course changes will be entertained under any circumstances. If you still wish to join a different course or batch after this window, you must register completely afresh and pay the full fee for the desired course/batch.

No Batch Downgrades Allowed:

While a course change is permitted within the 24-hour window (subject to the PKR 300 fee), you cannot downgrade your batch level. For example, if you are enrolled in a premium tier like a Super Batch and want to switch courses, you must transfer into the equivalent premium batch of the new course. Moving down to a lower or cheaper batch level is strictly forbidden.

3. Right to Modify Terms

Pinexa reserves the right to modify, add, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. It is your responsibility to periodically check this page for the latest updates. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those modified terms.
