1. Who we are

Pinexa Academy (“Pinexa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by TECHSOPS PRIVATE LIMITED, House 26/1 Street 4, Lahore, 54000, Pakistan. Pinexa is Pakistan’s 1st Revolutionary EdTech Platform — a learning and exam-preparation app and website for 9th, 10th, ICS, FSc, ICom, Humanities, and entry tests such as LAT, FUNGAT, ECAT, MDCAT, NET, and more.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Pinexa, we may collect:

• Account & personal info — such as name, phone number, email, class/group, and profile details you provide when registering or updating settings.
• Learning activity — study progress, mock test attempts, scores, certificates, preferences, and similar usage data needed to run the service.
• Device & technical data — device type, app version, approximate diagnostics, and push-notification tokens when you enable notifications.
• Support messages — feedback, bug reports, and contact-form content you send us.

3. How we use information

• Provide and improve learning features (Live Lectures, notes, mocks, analytics, Pokkie AI companion, notice board, and related tools).
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse.
• Send service-related notifications (including OTP or alerts you request).
• Respond to support queries and improve product quality.
• Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help us operate Pinexa (for example hosting, messaging, or analytics), only as needed to provide the service, and under appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and TECHSOPS.

5. Data security

We use industry-reasonable measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) to Pinexa servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong password and keep your device secure.

6. Data retention & deletion

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request deletion of your Pinexa account and associated personal data at any time using our account deletion request form (pinexa.techsops.com/delete-account) or by emailing privacy@pinexa.techsops.com.

After we verify your request, we complete account deletion within 30 days. Limited information may be retained longer only when required by law (for example fraud prevention or legal compliance).

7. Children’s privacy

Pinexa is designed for school students (including users under 18) with parental or guardian awareness where appropriate. If you believe a child has provided data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address the request.

8. Your choices

• Update profile and notification preferences in the app Settings.
• Send feedback or report a problem from the app.
• Request account deletion via pinexa.techsops.com/delete-account (processed within 30 days).
• Request access or correction of personal data by emailing support.

9. Third-party links & stores

Our website may link to Google Play or other external sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. The Pinexa Android app is available on Google Play.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Pinexa after updates means you accept the revised policy.
